The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine held a special meeting and closed session at the Town of Maine Town Hall on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.


AGENDA

1. Call meeting to order – Tad Schult, Town Chairman

2. Chairman will entertain a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85(1) (f) for the purpose of consideration of personnel history, data and disciplinary action related to the Maine Fire Department.

3. Adjourn the closed session.

4. Reconvene the special meeting.

A. Discussion and possible action on matter discussed in closed session.


5. Adjourn special meeting.

Special Board of Supervisor Meeting and Closed Session

The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine held a special meeting and closed session at the Maine Town Hall on Thursday, September 1, 2011 at 7:00 p.m.

Chairman Tad Schult called the meeting to order at 7:02 p.m.

Present were Chairman Tad Schult, Supervisor Wes Schoepke and Supervisor Keith Rusch. Also present were Fire Department officers Captain Bob Pound, Lieutenant Paul Anderson, Lieutenant Joe Bozinski and First Responder Captain Jim Sala.

Chairman Schult called for a motion to convene into closed session. Supervisor Rusch made that motion, seconded by Supervisor Schoepke. Motion carried by unanimous roll call vote by Chairman Schult, Supervisor Wes Schoepke and Supervisor Keith Rusch.

Chairman Schult called for a motion to adjourn closed session and reconvene the Board of Supervisor meeting. Supervisor Rusch made that motion, seconded by Supervisor Schoepke. Motion carried.

No action was taken on matter discussed in closed session.

Adjourn special meeting. Chairman Schult called for a motion to adjourn. Supervisor Rusch made a motion to adjourn at 9:35 p.m., seconded by Supervisor Schoepke. Motion carried.
