The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting on Thursday, October 30, 2008.
Agenda
1. Call meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. – Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Discussion and possible action to appoint Jean Krause, Lynn Marone and Katie Rogalla as election inspectors for 2008 and 2009 elections.
3. Adjournment.
I certify that this agenda was posted at Red Granite Bar, Richard’s Supper Club (closed), Schmidt’s Bar and the Town Hall, 6111 N. 44th Avenue on or before October 28, 2008.

Special Board of Supervisor Meeting
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at 6:15 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Present were Chair Hoenisch and Supervisor Shore.
Chair Hoenisch explained that Jean Krause, Lynn Marone and Katie Rogalla had volunteered to become election inspectors. Chair Hoenisch stated that additional election inspectors are needed due to the up coming Presidential Election.
Supervisor Shore made a motion to appoint Jean Krause, Lynn Marone and Katie Rogalla as election inspectors for 2008 to 2009, seconded by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
Supervisor Shore made a motion to adjourn at 6:20 p.m., seconded by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
Respectively submitted and approved on November 10, 2008.
