MINUTES:
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at the Courthouse at 8:50 a.m. The Board proceeded to Judge Howard’s Courtroom to hear the Roets Case.
After the defense and prosecution were heard Judge Howard ruled that Gene Roets was to allow the Town Board and inspectors to inspect the Gene Roets property on Highway K within the next 30 days, if Mr. Roets does not comply with this order the last five days the Board and Inspectors will be allowed in regardless.
The closed session did not take place today due to time constraints; the budget was not discussed due to time constraints.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to to adjourn the meeting at 10:30 a.m., seconded by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
