Board of Supervisors Special Meeting

Minutes:
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.
Attorney Frokjer briefly described the purpose of the inspection and pictures of the property were reviewed by inspectors.
The Board and Inspectors traveled to the Gene Roets property at 5425 County Road K for an inspection.
The Inspectors and Supervisors and Attorney Frokjer inspected the Roets buildings and property.
The Board and Inspectors returned to the Town Hall to continue fact finding, however Supervisor Zernicke was unable to attend the remainder of the meeting.
The closed session was cancelled.
Attorney Frokjer requested a report from each inspector and asked them to submit the reports to Chair Hoenisch within a week.
Once reports are received a closed session will follow.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to adjourn at 3:55 p.m., seconded by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
