Special Board Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors was held on Wednesday, November 28, 2007 at 4:00 p.m. to inspect 3900 Decator Drive property.
Chairperson Hoenisch called the Special Board meeting to order at the Town Hall. Chair Hoenisch explained that Supervisor Schult contacted her earlier and he will meet them at the inspection site.
Chair Hoenisch, Supervisor Shore and Rich Grefe traveled to 3900 Decator Drive to meet with Supervisor Schult.
Chair Hoenisch explained that Attorney Frokjer had instructed them to take pictures to compare to the August 23, 2006 inspection pictures. Chair Hoenisch stated that the supervisors and zoning administrator need to look very carefully at the property since this issue will be discussed at the December, Board of Supervisor Meeting.
Everyone in attendance put on masks and gloves for the inspection.
An inspection was conducted of that property which currently has a Marathon County Health Department and Town of Maine “Make Safe or Raze Orders.” Pictures were taken of the property.
After the inspection was concluded the group disbanded.
