Board of Supervisors Special Meeting

Minutes:
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
Present were Chair Hoenisch, Supervisor Zernicke, Supervisor Wanke, and Attorney Frokjer.
Fire Department Officers: John Marquardt, , Don Voelker, Jim Sala, Bruce Radant, Paul Anderson, and Captain, Bob Pound
John Ohrmundt was not present tonight.
Chairperson Hoenisch entertained a motion to convene into closed session pursuant to State Statute 19.85 (1) (C) considering performance evaluation data of governmental entity that the governmental body has jurisdiction of. A roll count was taken indicating acceptance of going into closed session:
Supervisor Wanke: Responded with a Yes
Supervisor Zernicke: Responded with a Yes
Chair Hoenisch: Responded with a Yes
Motion carried.
Chair Hoensich entertained a motion to reconvene back into open session at 7:50 p.m. Supervisor Wanke made a motion to reconvene into open session, seconded by Supervisor Zernicke, motion carried.
The Board of Supervisors agreed to a meeting at the end of December with the Fire Department members to review revised bylaws and to approve them.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to get a copy of the comments submitted from the fire department members to the fire department officers so they can proceed with changes to be made and present a draft to the Board Meeting at the end of December, seconded by Supervisor Zernicke, motion carried.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to adjourn at 7:55 p.m., seconded by Supervisor Zernicke, motion carried.
