Agenda for this meeting was posted on November 14, 2005 at the Chapter Two Restaurant, Northside Citgo, Richard’s Supper Club, Schmidt’s Bar and the Town Hall.
Minutes:
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting at 11:07 a.m.
The final details of the proposed 2006 Budget were discussed and agreed upon and is ready to present at the Budget Public Hearing on Wednesday, November 16, 2005.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to break for lunch, seconded by Supervisor Zernicke, motion carried.
November 15, 2005
The Board of Supervisor reconvened at 1:05 p.m.
The Board discussed the Courtion property zoning enforcement issues that have been presented to the Town in writing by the past tenants.
Another issue that Chair Hoenisch discussed with Supervisors was whether a Wausau snow removal company should be allowed to dump snow on a Merrill Avenue property. The Board responded with a no and Chair Hoenisch stated she would call the company with that reply.
Another issue that that the Chair requested opinions from the Board in regards to was the Tim Ravn accessory building permit in which the building inspector is requesting additional fees, but due to a box inadvertently not checked the Board chose to not charge the additional fee.
Chair Hoenisch asked the Supervisors who will be in charge to call the Town Workers when snow plowing is needed. Marathon County Sheriff’s Department will contact both workers in emergency situations. Supervisor Wanke stated that both himself and Supervisor Zernicke will share the responsibility of calling the workers as needed.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 1:45 p.m., seconded by Supervisor Zernicke, motion carried.
