November 12, 2003
A Budget Workshop Meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Maine was held Wednesday, November 12, 2003 at 3:00 p.m. in the Maine Town Hall at 6111 N. 44th Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401.
Agenda for this meeting was posted on November 10, 2003 at the Chapter Two Restaurant, Northside Citgo, Richard’s Supper Club, Schmidt’s Bar and the Town Hall.
Present were Chairman Utecht, Supervisors Duane Grunenwald and Marty Zernicke, Treasurer Marilyn Grunenwald, Clerk Betty Hoenisch, Fire Dept. Captain Bob Pound and Town worker John Marquardt.
Chairman Utecht called the meeting to order at 3:15 p.m.
The clerk distributed budget worksheets for the proposed 2004 Budget. The Board reviewed and set proposed amounts for the budget accounts. Captain Bob Pound presented information for the Fire Department budget accounts and John Marquardt presented information on the Public Works accounts.
Mr. Grunenwald made a motion to adjourn at 6:50 p.m., seconded by Mr. Zernicke. Motion carried.
