November 10, 2005 Call to order at the Marathon County Juvenile Facility
Minutes:
Call to order at the Marathon County Juvenile Facility at 9:20 a.m.- Betty Hoenisch-Chairperson.
The Supervisors viewed the crushing operation of the old sanitarium being performed by Glen Martin from Appleton. Mr. Roets asked the Board to meet due to the fact that he is requesting that he be allowed to deposit approximate 20 loads of this concrete material on his highway K property in order to complete his waste filling project. Chair Hoenisch stated that Mr. Roets would be violating his temporary Injunction and the Town Board will need to modify the lifting of the Injunction by a Stipulation and Order. She has spoken to Attorney Frokjer and the Stipulation will be prepared by Monday, November 14, 2005 and signed by the Judge on November 15, 2005 allowing the extension Mr. Roets has requested. Mr. Martin will be bringing his crusher to the Roets property to crush the existing landfill.
Supervisors felt that the material had been crushed very well, the crusher was removing the metal material so consequently this item will be one the November 14, 2005 agenda.
Supervisor Zernicke made a motion to adjourn at 9:40 a.m., seconded by Supervisor Wanke. Motion carried.
