May 7, 2007 Special Board of Supervisors Meeting
1. Call meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. – Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Discussion and possible action to approve a new public works employee.
3. Adjournment.
I certify that this agenda was posted at the Chapter Two Restaurant, Northside Citgo, Richard’s Supper Club, Schmidt’s Bar and the Town Hall, 6111 N. 44th Avenue on or before May 3, 2007.

A Special Meeting was held at the Town of Maine Town Hall on Monday, May 7, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. to approve a new public works employee.
Chairperson Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.
Discussion followed regarding Carl Christian’s references.
Supervisor Shore read the positive comments made by Mr. Christian’s references.
Chairperson Hoenisch stated that Bill Kollath a former employee of the Town had worked with Mr. Christian and highly recommended him for the public works position.
Supervisor Schult made a motion to hire Carl Christian for the public works position, seconded by Supervisor Shore. Motion carried.
Chairperson Hoenisch will call Mr. Christian on Tuesday, May 8, 2007 to notify him of the Town Board’s decision to hire him.
Motion by Supervisor Schult, seconded by Supervisor Shore to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m.
