The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, May 11, 2009. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

Travel to 6025 Rainbow Drive to view property and meet with David Teske.

A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the April 13, 2009, April 16, 2009, April 23, 2009, May 4, 2009 and May 5, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.

A. Discussion and possible action on the Higar sub division plat and road deeds for the extension of N. 28th Avenue.
B. Discussion and possible action on N. 4th Avenue Road Maintenance Agreement with 3M.
C. Discussion and possible action to appoint Plan Commission members to another term of office.
D. Discussion and possible action to appoint Board of Appeals members to another term of office.
E. Discussion and possible action on private way specifications and defining a private way.
F. Discussion and possible action on private way names.
