Called to order at 8 a.m.

Facilitator: Chairperson, Betty Hoenisch Clerk: Kimberly Freund
Supervisors: Dennis Wanke was present and public works employees, Supervisor Zernicke was absent.
Agenda for this meeting was posted on May 5, 2005 at the Chapter Two Restaurant, Northside Citgo, Richard’s Supper Club, Schmidt’s Bar and the Town Hall.

1. Road Projects
Minutes:
Chair Hoenisch discussed with Supervisor Wanke and public work employees the roads that are in need of granite such as Overlook, Boot, 14th Avenue and Bovine. Discussion followed on putting crushed road base on these roads instead of rotten granite. Next there was discussion on preparing the roads for 2006 such as, base lift, culverts, ditching and pulverizing late in fall for paving in 2006.
The workers provided additional information on roads that need work such as N. 12th Avenue, 36th Avenue, 44th Avenue, 20th Avenue, Saber Drive and a possible lane wedging on N. 60th Avenue.
Supervisor Wanke made a motion to ajourn at 11:40 a.m. Second by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
