The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, June 8, 2009. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

Call to order at 6:00 p.m. – Betty Hoenisch-Chairperson
Meet with Hillcrest Drive and Rainbow Drive residents regarding their private way addresses.
Review Accounts Payable
Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
Motion to approve bills payable
Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the May 11th, May 26th and June 1st, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.

Zoning Administrator’s Report
Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the Tranquil River Sub division preliminary plat.
B. Discussion and possible action on Baldwin’s road agreement and 30’ strip of land south of Baldwin’s property – Michael and Sandra Baldwin.
C. Discussion and possible action to appoint Greg Janicek to Board of Appeals.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve Liquor, Amusement, Tobacco and Operator’s Licenses for the Mirage, Red Granite Bar, Richard’s Supper Club, Schmidt’s Ballroom / Bar and Rib Mountain Bowmen.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve resolution for Town’s responsibility for Town road right of way for N. 4th Avenue.
F. Discussion and possible action to approve chronological order and or guide lines in naming private ways in the Town.
