Special Board of Supervisor Meeting
A Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors was held Monday, June 1, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.
Chairperson Hoenisch called the Special Board meeting to order.
Present were Chairperson Betty Hoenisch, Supervisor Tad Schult, Supervisor Wes Schoepke and Clerk Tammi Walter.
First item of business was to open sealed road bids. Bids are as follows:
Granite:
Ladick Road Materials - $5.95 per ton – north of Hillcrest Drive
- $5.45 per ton – south of Hillcrest Drive
- $5.45 per ton – town garage stockpile
Crushed road base:
Anderson Brothers & Johnson - $6.60 per ton – 60th Ave-(from Decator Dr south to Falcon Dr)
- $6.30 per ton – 60th Ave-(from Hillcrest Dr north to Cty Rd A)
- $6.45 per ton – Hillcrest Dr-(from 60th Ave west to N 72nd Ave)
- $6.45 per ton – N 72nd Ave-(from Hillcrest Dr north to Cty Rd A)
- $7.45 per ton – Brentwood Rd-(from Burlington Dr east to Beecher Ave)
- $7.45 per ton – Belmont Rd-(from N 4th Ave west to N 6th Ave)
- $7.45 per ton – N 6th Ave-(south from Belmont Rd to City limits)
- $6.60 per ton – 90 foot diameter cul de sacs on 53rd, 55th and 57th Ave
- $6.40 per ton – if material is needed for Honey Bee Ln and Laredo Ln
