OFFICIAL NOTICE AND AGENDA


The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

Agenda

1. Call to order -Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson

2. Review year end account payable bills

3. Other Business:


A. Discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the $200,000 road project loan for 2010.

B. Discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the 2010 Kenworth public works plow truck loan.

C. Discussion and possible action to approve year end accounts payable bills.


4. Adjournment

Special Board of Supervisors Meeting


A Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors was held in the Town Hall on Tuesday, December 29, 2009 at 6:00 p.m.

Chairperson Hoenisch called the Special Board meeting to order.

Present were Chairperson Betty Hoenisch, Supervisor Tad Schult by phone conference, Supervisor Wes Schoepke, Treasurer Marilyn Grunenwald and Clerk Tammi Walter.

First item of business was discussion and possible action to approve year end accounts payable bills. Supervisor Schult made a motion to approve the year end bills, seconded by Supervisor Schoepke. Motion carried.

Next item on the agenda was discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the $200,000.00 road project loan for 2010. Chair Hoenisch explained that Attorney Swid was sick and not able to make it to the meeting. Table this item until January meeting.

Next item on the agenda was discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the 2010 Kenworth public works plow truck loan. Supervisor Schoepke made a motion to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the 2010 Kenworth public works plow truck loan and authorize the Town Chairman and Clerk to sign the loan papers at People’s State Bank, seconded by Supervisor Schult. Motion carried.


Supervisor Schoepke made a motion to adjourn at 7:15 p.m., seconded by Chair Hoenisch. Motion carried.
