Special Board of Supervisors Meeting
A Special Meeting was held at the Town of Maine Town Hall on Thursday, December 27, 2007 at 6:00 p.m.
Chairperson Hoenisch called the Special Board of Supervisor meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Present were Town Board members Chairperson Betty Hoenisch, Supervisor Tad Schult, Supervisor Sue Shore, Clerk Tammi Walter and Treasurer Marilyn Grunenwald.
Discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the $200,000 road project loan for 2008. Supervisor Shore made a motion to approve the resolution, certificate and installment note of $200,000 for a road project loan for Rainbow Drive and Brandenburg Avenue starting January 1, 2008 thru December 31, 2009 and to authorize the Clerk and Chair to sign loan documents on December 31, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Schult. Motion carried.
Discussion and possible action to approve year end accounts payable bills. Supervisor Schult made a motion to approve bills payable by December 31, 2007, seconded by Supervisor Shore. Motion carried.
Motion by Supervisor Shore to adjourn at 6:55 p.m., seconded by Supervisor Schult. Motion carried.
