A Special Meeting of the Board of Supervisors for the Town of Maine was held at 7:00 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2003 in the Town Hall, 6111 North 44th Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401.
Agenda for this meeting was posted on April 17, 2003 at the Chapter Two Restaurant, Northside Citgo, Richard�s Supper Club, Schmidt�s Bar and the Town Hall.
Present were Chairman Utecht, Supervisors Duane Grunenwald and Marty Zernicke, Town Workers Todd Bishop and John Marquardt and Clerk Betty Hoenisch.
Chairman Utecht called the meeting to order at 7:00 a.m.
There was discussion on the roads that are being considered for granite and blacktopping.
Chairman Utecht stated that a motion was needed to put out bids for roadwork. Mr. Grunenwald made a motion to put out bids for blacktopping, recycled base material, crack sealing and chip seal coating of town roads, seconded by Mr. Zernicke. Motion carried.
Chairman Utecht stated that a motion was needed to put out bids for rotten granite for Town roads. Mr. Zernicke made a motion to put out bids for rotten granite, seconded by Mr. Grunenwald. Motion carried.
Motion by Mr. Zernicke to adjourn at 7:40 a.m., seconded by Mr. Grunenwald. Motion carried.
