April 18, 2007 Road Review Meeting
1. Call meeting to order – Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Supervisors will travel town roads to view prospective 2007 road projects.
3. Travel back to Town Hall to review state paser road rating chart.
4. Adjournment.

Special Board of Supervisor Meeting
Chair Hoenisch called the special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. at the Town Hall.
Present were Chairperson Hoenisch, Supervisors Sue Shore and Tad Schult and Public Works employee John Marquardt.
Chair Hoenisch distributed copies of her 5 year road plan.
They drove and reviewed Grove Drive, N. 14th Avenue, N. 4th Avenue, 28th Avenue from County Road U to Merrill Avenue, Decator Drive, 60th Avenue from Decator to Falcon, Dixie Drive, 28th and 29th Avenues north of Emery, Empire Lane, Hillcrest Drive, N. 60th Avenue from Hillcrest to Lincoln Drive, portions of N. 72nd Avenue, Maine Drive east of 12th Avenue, N. 3rd Avenue, portions of Naugart Drive, East Prehn, N. 9th Avenue, Rainbow Drive, Saber Drive, Sandy Drive, Brandenburg, Avenue, Playground and Shoreline Drive. These are roads that are proposed for possible construction work in the near future.
While viewing Grove Drive several of the residents stopped the vehicle to express their ideas for up grading of that road.
Discussion followed regarding possible methods of construction for the proposed roads.
Meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m.
