Discussion and possible action on a request for a Raze Order extension – U. S. Bank – 6025 Rainbow Drive. Chair Hoenisch explained that realtor Paula Wolfe has been working with the Teske’s, the neighbor to this home, who would like to purchase this property and have found out new info. The former owners split the one acre parcel in 2004 to two half acre parcels. When U.S. Bank foreclosed on the property last year, they only took possession of one parcel. The bank has the property listed as an acre. So at this point,
Attorney Frokjer said we will need a copy of the quick claim deed and will need to do a title search. We can’t do an extension on the raze order until we figure out who owns what and where.Chair Hoenisch said she will work with Paula to get these issues straightened out. This item was tabled.
Discussion and possible action to approve the MABAS resolution and contract.    Fire Captain Bob Pound gave an explanation about MABAS. As a MABAS member agency, every   community has the same agreement as the 550 other communities – all agreeing to send pre-determined resources, as available, to assist a community in case of a big disaster.Supervisor Schult made a motion to re-affirm the MABAS and approve the addendum, seconded by Supervisor Shore. Motion carried.
