The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting in the Maine Town Hall on Monday, September 21, 2009 at 5:30 p.m.
Agenda
1. Call meeting to order - Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Travel to Laredo Lane to meet with Lee Van Der Geest and American Asphalt.
3. Travel to Honey Bee Lane to meet with McEvoy’s and American Asphalt.
4. Travel and view multiple ditch issues.
5. Adjourn Board of Supervisors Meeting.
6. Reconvene Board of Supervisors Meeting at the Town Hall, immediately following the Special Plan Commission Meeting.
7. Discussion and possible action on Rakow’s Petition to Rezone their BP - Business Park property to AG – Agriculture.
8. Discussion and possible action on Rakow’s and Northcentral Technical College’s Conditional Use Permit for a Dairyland State Academy Agriculture Education Center.
9. Discussion and possible action to approve quote for a new public works plow truck and authorize Supervisor Schoepke to order the new truck.
10. Adjournment
