The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, September 14, 2009 at 5:30 p.m. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Meet with Andy Walters and Paul Michlig from Tetra Tech and Craig Schafer from American Asphalt regarding N. Fourth Avenue reconstruction project test results.
3. Review Accounts Payable
4. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
5. Motion to approve bills payable
6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the August 10, August 13 and August 19, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.

A. Discussion and possible action on quit claim deed for Shoreline Drive road right of way out lot – Terence and Rebecca Van Den Heuvel.
B. Discussion and possible action on possible road weight limits / non truck route posting for Falcon Drive from County Road K to Town of Stettin town line.
C. Discussion and possible action on proposed new public works plow truck.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
