The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, September 13, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

3. 7:00 - Discussion and possible action regarding an operator’s license for Lydia Antell at S & R Mirage.

6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the August 9th, August 18th, August 25th and August 27th, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.
7. Chairperson’s Report
A. Road Report

10. Zoning Administrator’s Report
11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action regarding requests from Town of Berlin for additional fire emergency services.
B. Discussion and possible action regarding petition to vacate unbuilt portion of Hillcrest Drive, east of County Road K.
C. Discussion and possible action on Prehn Drive quit claim deeds for Donald Schult and Jonathon Gnatz.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
13. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be October 11, 2010
