The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, October 12, 2009. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Meet with American Asphalt, Tetra Tech and REI regarding N. Fourth Avenue reconstruction project test results.

6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the September 14th, September 21st and September 28th, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.

10. Zoning Administrator’s Report
11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve election inspectors for 2010 and 2011.
B. Discussion and possible action on Raze Order for the 15525 N. 20th Avenue property.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve Town Attorney to draft quit claim deed for Honey Bee Lane outlot from McEvoy’s to the Town.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve Town Attorney to draft quit claim deed for Laredo Lane outlot from Mary and Lee Van Der Geest to the Town.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
13. Schedule the 2010 Budget Workshop.
14. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be November 9, 2009
