The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, October 11, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Review Accounts Payable
3. 7:00 – Meet with Aflac representative.
4. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
5. Motion to approve bills payable
6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the August 27th, September 13th, September 22nd, September 29th and October 7th, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.
7. Chairperson’s Report
A. Road Report
8. Supervisor’s Report
9. Treasurer’s Report
10. Zoning Administrator’s Report
11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on a group contract with Aflac.
B. Discussion and possible action on Prehn Drive quit claim deeds for Donald Schult and Jonathon Gnatz.
C. Discussion and possible action on the plan and design for the USH 51/CTH U/K interchange, Bovine and or Overlook intersections.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
13. Schedule the 2011 Budget Workshop
14. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be November 8, 2010
