The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, November 9, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Meet with Village of Brokaw regarding 32nd Avenue and Falcon Drive.
3. Review Accounts Payable
4. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
5. Motion to approve bills payable
6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the October 12th, 26th, 28th and November 4th, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.
7. Chairperson’s Report
8. Supervisor’s Report
9. Treasurer’s Report
10. Zoning Administrator’s Report
11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on possible road weight limits / non truck route posting for Falcon Drive from County Road K to Town of Stettin town line.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve Krause Howard Company for 2009 Year End Review.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve Jim Hase’s Certified Survey Map.
D. Discussion on Land Use Plan and schedule Public Hearing for the Town’s Land Use Plan.
E. Discussion and possible action to approved the amended Coordination Resolution.
F. Discussion and possible action to approve Fire Department Officer’s salaries and a resolution determining amounts paid to Chief, Assistant Chief, Captain / Department Secretary, Lieutenants and First Responder Captain.
G. Discussion and possible action to approve per diem for Plan Commission members.
H. Schedule the 2010 Budget Public Hearing and Special Town Meeting to approve the 2009 Tax
Levy and 2010 Highway Expenditures.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
13. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be December 14, 2009
