The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, November 8, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Discussion and possible action on the 2011 Emergency Services Agreement with the Village of
Brokaw for 2011.
B. Discussion and possible action on the Emergency Services Agreement with the Town of
Stettin for 2011.
C. Discussion and possible action on the Emergency Services Agreement with the Town of
Berlin for 2011.
D. Discussion and possible action on the 32nd Avenue Road Maintenance Agreement with the
Village of Brokaw for 2011.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve Krause Howard Company for 2010 Year End Review.
F. Discussion and possible action to sell lumber from town road right of way to Kretz Lumber Company.
G. Schedule the 2011 Budget Public Hearing and Special Town Meeting to approve the 2010 Tax
Levy and 2011 Highway Expenditures.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be December 13, 2010
