The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, May 10, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Meeting with Alan Farrell regarding proposed asphalt specifications for future road projects.
3. Review Accounts Payable

6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the March 16th, April 12th, April 28th and May 6th, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.

10. Zoning Administrator’s Report
11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve asphalt specification for road construction projects.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve survey for Prehn Drive cul de sac.
C. Discussion and possible action on park outlot surveying proposals.
D. Discussion and possible action on Shoreline Drive park lot.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve Plan Commission members Steve Zahn, Tom Ellias and Wes Schoepke to another term ending May 2013.
F. Discussion and possible action to approve Board of Appeals members Kathy Schultz and Randy Springer to another term ending May 2013.
G. Discussion and possible action to approve Town Assessor Todd Anderson to conduct a property revaluation for the Town.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
