The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, March 8, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 7:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Presentation by Justin and Alex Zahn on an agricultural project for 4H.
B. Discussion and possible action on contract with Life Quest for Fire Department and First Responder billing.
C. Discussion and possible action on Anderson Brothers and Johnson’s petition to rezone a parcel at 3485 Prehn Drive, Merrill, WI from AG-Agriculture to OME-Mineral Extraction Overlay.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve quit claim deed for Honey Bee Lane outlot from McEvoy’s to the Town.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve quit claim deed for Laredo Lane outlot from Mary and Lee Van Der Geest to the Town.
F. Discussion and possible action to approve quit claim deed for Shoreline Drive from VanDenHeuvel’s to the Town.
G. Discussion and possible action to approve the salt order from Marathon County for 2010-2011.
H. Discussion and possible action on Maine Lions contract and capacity.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be April 12, 2010
