The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, June 14, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

1. Call to order at 5:00 p.m. – Betty Hoenisch-Chairperson
2. Meet with Bill Duncanson, director of Marathon County Parks Department regarding park out lot options.
3. Travel N. 32nd Avenue from County Road K to County Road WW to view ditches, culverts and landscaping for the 2010 road projects.
4. Review Accounts Payable
5. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
6. Motion to approve bills payable
7. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the May 10th, May 17th and June 7th, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.

A. Road Report

11. Zoning Administrator’s Report
12. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action regarding NTC’s request to have Maine Fire Department burn the homes at 6625 County Road K and 6685 County Road K.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve Liquor, Amusement, Tobacco and Operator’s Licenses for Bryan’s IDK, Red Granite Bar, Richard’s Supper Club, S & R Mirage, Schmidt’s Ballroom / Bar and Rib Mountain Bowmen.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve asphalt specification for road construction projects.
D. Discussion and possible action on park outlot surveying proposals.
E. Discussion and possible action on Shoreline Drive park lot.
F. Discussion and possible action on Up North Assessments Contract for 2011, 2012 and 2013.
G. Discussion and possible action to approve ambulance service agreement with the City of Wausau.
13. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
14. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be July 12, 2010
15. Adjournment
