The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting on Monday, July 20, 2009 at 7:00 a.m. regarding 2009 road construction projects.
Agenda
1. Call meeting to order – Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Discussion and possible action regarding 2009 road projects.
3. Discussion and possible action regarding N. 4th Avenue TEA Grant project.
4. Meet with Craig Schafer from American Asphalt regarding the N. 4th Avenue TEA Grant project and other 2009 pulverizing / paving projects.
5. Discussion regarding culvert / ditch issues.
6. Discussion and possible action regarding Saber Drive and Sandy Drive culvert project.
7. Adjournment.
