The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, January 12, 2009. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the December 8, 2008 and December 29, 2008, minutes and approval of those minutes.

9. Zoning Administrator’s Report
10. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the note, certificate and resolution for the $200,000 road project loan for 2009.
B. Discussion and possible action on the Laub and Horton 2009 Insurance Package.
C. Discussion and possible action on purchasing a Felling trailer for the public works department.
D. Discussion and possible action to reimburse Dave Bychinski for address sign.
E. Discussion and possible action on address sign costs for the 2009 tax levy.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be February 9, 2009
