The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, January 11, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the December 14th, December 21st (two meetings) and December 29th, 2009 minutes and approval of those minutes.

A. Road Report
7. Supervisor’s Report
8. Treasurer’s Report
9. Zoning Administrator’s Report
10. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve People’s State Bank as the lending institution for the 2010 - $200,000.00 road project loan.
B. Discussion and possible action to have REI create road specifications for Town roads.
C. Discussion and possible action on the Laub and Horton 2010 Insurance Package.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be February 8, 2010
13. Adjournment
