The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, February 8, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 7:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the January 11th, January 18th and January 25th, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.

8. Treasurer’s Report
9. Zoning Administrator’s Report
10. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action on streets and driveways ordinance amendment to allow Town Public Works employees to install culverts for new driveways and replacement culverts when Town roads are reconstructed.
B. Discussion and possible action to schedule the 2010 Open Book and Board of Review for Tuesday, May 4, 2010.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be March 8, 2010
13. Adjournment
