The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, December 14, 2009. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Discussion and possible action to approve Liquor, Amusement, Tobacco and Operator’s Licenses for S & R Mirage.
B. Discussion and possible action on the 2010 Emergency Services Agreement with the Village of
Brokaw for 2010.
C. Discussion and possible action on the Emergency Services Agreement with the Town of
Stettin for 2010.
D. Discussion and possible action on the Emergency Services Agreement with the Town of
Berlin for 2010.
E. Discussion and possible action on the Emergency Services Agreement with the Towns of
Rib Mountain and Stettin for 2010.
F. Discussion and possible action on the 32nd Avenue Road Maintenance Agreement with the
Village of Brokaw for 2010.
G. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2010 personnel policy for public works employees.
H. Discussion and possible action to approve election inspectors for 2010 and 2011.
I. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2009 tax levy due in 2010.
J. Discussion and possible action on the Zoning Administrator / Building Inspector contract.
