The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, December 13, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the October 28th, November 8th, November 16th, November 17th, November 18th (two meetings), November 30th and December 6th (two meetings), 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.
6. Chairperson’s Report
A. Road Report
7. Supervisor’s Report
8. Treasurer’s Report
9. Zoning Administrator’s Report
10. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2010 tax levy due in 2011.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve 2011 Road Construction Loan with Peoples State Bank.
C. Discussion and possible action on 2011 Personnel Policy.
D. Discussion and possible action to have 12th Avenue surveyed south of Keller.
E. Discussion and possible action on timeline for Fire Department audit.
F. Discussion and possible action on Town of Berlin contract for an additional six sections.
11. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
12. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be January 10, 2011
