The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the Maine Town Hall on Monday, August 9, 2010. Accounts Payable will be reviewed at 6:30 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

2. Discussion on N. 4th Avenue final construction costs, TEA Grant approval / reimbursement and apportionment to 3M and City of Wausau.
3. Review Accounts Payable

5. Motion to approve bills payable
6. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the April 26th, June 14th, July 7th, July 12th and August 2nd, 2010 minutes and approval of those minutes.

11. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action regarding the paving of N. 32nd Avenue and Brokaw’s cooperation.
B. Discussion and possible action on REI surveying N. 53rd Avenue lot.
C. Discussion and possible action to approve the surveying of park out lot in Berenhurst No. 2 subdivision.
D. Discussion and possible action to approve the surveying of N. 9th Avenue cul de sac.
E. Discussion and possible action to approve resolution between the Town and the Government Accountability Board regarding use of the statewide voter registration system.
12. Open discussion from audience without action by the Town Board
