OFFICIAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting on Monday, August 3, 2009 at 5:00 p.m.
Agenda
1. Call meeting to order - Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Travel to N. Fourth Avenue to meet with Tetra Tech’s engineer to discuss road reconstruction project.
3. Travel to Belaire Drive to view and discuss culvert and ditch issues with property owners.
4. Travel to N. 53rd, N. 55th and N. 57th Avenue cul de sacs to view and discuss possible culvert locations, rock lifts, cul de sac paving and landscaping of cul de sac side areas.
5. Travel to N. 60th Avenue south of Falcon Drive to view and discuss culvert and ditch issues with property owners.
6. Travel to N. 60th Avenue north of Hillcrest Drive to view and discuss culvert and ditch issues with property owners.
7. Adjournment
