OFFICIAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
The Board of Supervisors of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at the
Town of Maine Town Hall on Monday, January 9, 2012. Accounts Payable will be reviewed
at 6:00 p.m. with General Business at 7:30 p.m.

1. Call meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. – Tad Schult, Town Chairman
2. Review Accounts Payable.
3. 6:30 p.m. - Dairyland State Academy Wind Turbine informational meeting – Rob Elliott
4. 7:00 p.m. - Close 2012 Road Project Loan with Merrill Federal Savings and Loan Association.
5. Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag
6. Motion to approve bills payable
7. Clerk’s Report
A. Motion to dispense of the reading of the December 12, 2011 Board Meeting minutes and the December 27, 2011 Special Board Meeting minutes and approval of those minutes.

11. Zoning Administrator’s Report
12. Other Business:
A. Discussion and possible action to approve Colton Bartelt as Fire Department member.
B. Discussion and possible action on Fire Department credit card.
C. Discussion and possible action regarding appointment of Fire Chief.

14. The next Board of Supervisor’s Meeting will be February 13, 2012.
