The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
1. Call the Public Hearing to Order at 7:30 p.m. - Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
A. Discussion regarding Jennifer Rusch’s petition for a Conditional Use Permit to operate Busy Bee, LLC Day Care Center at 1511 N. 28th Avenue, Wausau, WI 54401 which is zoned R1-E Existing Residential Single Family.
2. Adjourn the Public Hearing
3. Call Plan Commission Meeting to order immediately following the Rusch’s
Public Hearing.
4. Minutes from previous Plan Commission Meeting - Steve Gasper, Secretary
5. Chairperson’s Report
6. Zoning Administrator’s Report
7. Zoning Enforcement Report
8. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action to approve a Conditional Use Permit for Busy Bee, LLC Daycare Center – Jennifer Rusch.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve a revised road agreement for Rakow’s proposed extension of Hillcrest Drive.
9. Open discussion from the audience without action from the Plan Commission.
10. Schedule the next Plan Commission meeting for Monday, October 6, 2008.
11. Adjournment.
