The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Monday, October 6, 2008.

1. Call the Public Hearing to Order at 7:30 p.m. - Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
A. Discussion regarding Dennis Griffin’s petition for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a limited small animal veterinary clinic at 5405 Hillcrest Drive, Wausau, WI 54401 which is zoned AG – Agriculture.
2. Call Plan Commission Meeting to Order Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
3. Minutes from previous Plan Commission Meeting Steve Gasper, Secretary
4. Chairperson’s Report
5. Zoning Administrator’s Report
6. Zoning Enforcement Report
7. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action on a conditional use permit for a Veterinary Clinic – Dennis Griffin.
8. Open discussion from the audience without action from the Plan Commission.
9. Schedule the next Plan Commission meeting for Monday, November 3, 2008.
