The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Monday, May 5, 2008.
Agenda
1. Call the Public Hearing to Order - 7:30 p.m. Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
The Town of Maine Plan Commission proposes to amend Sections of the Chapter 17 of the Town of Maine Municipal Code as follows:
A. Discussion regarding possible reduction of lot size in BP-General Business Park District.
B. Discussion regarding possible revision to accessory building sizes.
C. Discussion regarding use of private ways for residential development.
2. Adjourn the Public Hearing
3. Call the Plan Commission Meeting to order immediately following the Public Hearing
4. Minutes from previous Plan Commission Meetings.
5. Chairperson’s Report
6. Zoning Administrator’s Report
7. Zoning Enforcement Report
8. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action to reduce lot size in BP-General Business Park District.
B. Discussion and possible action to revise accessory building sizes.
C. Discussion and possible action regarding use of private ways for residential development.
9. Open discussion from residents without action from the Plan Commission Board
10. Schedule the next Plan Commission for Monday, June 2, 2008
