The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Monday, July 7, 2008.

2. Travel to 204 Belaire Drive to meet with David Saindon regarding a accessory building permit
3. Travel back to Town Hall

A. Discussion and possible action on the BP-General Business Park Plan approval for Cory Thorson and Mike Kilinski and Keith Maahs (Urban Construction).
B. Discussion and possible action on the Rakow CSM approval.
C. Discusson and possible action on the General Business Park regulations and possible conditional use – Rob Cliver.
D. Discussion and possible action on possible Conditional Use Permit for 1511 N. 28th Avenue – Jennifer Rusch.
9. Open discussion from residents without action from the Plan Commission Board
10. Schedule the next Plan Commission for Monday, August 4, 2008
