A. Discussion and possible action to approve the Tranquil River Sub division final plat.
B. Discussion and possible action to approve the Zahn / Zoltowski / Rosenau boundary CSM.
C. Discussion and possible action on fee reduction for lean to shed.
D. Discussion and possible action on expired permits and fee extensions.
E. Discussion and possible action regarding enforcement and possible penalties.
7. Open discussion from the audience without action from the Plan Commission.
8. Schedule the next Plan Commission meeting for Monday, August 3, 2009.
