The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Tuesday, July 5, 2011.

A. Discussion regarding Conditional Use Permit Petition by Stable Hands, Inc. to operate a Therapeutic Riding Center at 6655 Rainbow Drive, Merrill, WI 54452.
2. Call the Plan Commission Meeting to order - Tad Schult, Town Chairman
3. May 2nd and June 20th, 2011 Plan Commission minutes - Steve Gasper, Secretary
4. Chairman?s Report
5. Zoning Administrator?s Report
6. Zoning Enforcement Report
7. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action on Stable Hands Conditional Use permit.
B. Discussion and possible action on M & J Brill ? Northwest Tool manufacturing building expansion plan.
C. Discussion and possible action regarding Red Granite?s smoking building.
D. Discussion and possible action on Buettner and Hugus certified survey map for driveway access.
E. Discussion and possible action on Jenny Garver?s proposed land division and Voigt?s Brooks Crossing sign outlot.
7. Open discussion from the audience without action from the Plan Commission.
8. Schedule the next Plan Commission meeting for Monday, August 1, 2011.
