The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a regular monthly meeting at 7:30 p.m. at the Town Hall on Monday, August 4, 2008. *** Please note that a quorum of the Board of Supervisors may be present at this meeting.

1. Call the Plan Commission to Order – 6:30 p.m. Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Travel to N. 44th Avenue to view area and discuss possible cul de sac construction and possible road agreement.
3. Travel back to Town Hall
4. Minutes from previous Plan Commission Meetings.
5. Chairperson’s Report
6. Zoning Administrator’s Report
7. Zoning Enforcement Report
8. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action on proposed accessory building plan in BP – Business Park – Service Motors / Urban Construction.
B. Discussion and possible action on proposed road agreement for N. 44th Avenue – Roehl’s, Radant’s and Freund’s.
C. Discussion and possible action on proposed Conditional Use Permit for 1511 N. 28th Avenue – Jennifer Rusch.
D. Discussion and possible action on side yard setback variance for accessory building – Dale Janisch.
9. Open discussion from residents without action from the Plan Commission Board.
10. Schedule the next Plan Commission for Tuesday, September 2, 2008.
11. Adjournment.
