OFFICIAL NOTICE AND AGENDA
The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a public hearing and regular monthly meeting at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall on Monday, April 7, 2008. The Zoning Ordinance Review Committee will be present to review the draft ordinance with the Plan Commission. A quorum of Town Board members may be present at this meeting.

A. Discussion regarding Stuart and Jody Gehrke’s petition for a conditional use permit to operate a salon at 4054 Kern Drive, Merrill, WI 54452 which is zoned AG-E Non Farm Residence - Existing.
2. Adjourn the Public Hearing
3. Call the Plan Commission and Zoning Ordinance Review Committee Meeting to order
immediately following the Public Hearing.
4. Minutes from the November 5, 2007 and March 3, 2008 Plan Commission Meeting
5. Chairperson’s Report
