The Plan Commission of the Town of Maine will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. in the Town Hall on Wednesday, April 23, 2008.
Agenda
1. Call Plan Commission Meeting to order Betty Hoenisch, Chairperson
2. Other Business
A. Discussion and possible action on the Forward Properties Business Plan – Dan and Cindy Brandenburg.
B. Discussion and possible action regarding proposed Accessory Buildings, Business Park District and Private Way zoning ordinance amendments.
3. Open discussion from the audience without action from the Plan Commission.
4. Schedule the next Plan Commission meeting for Monday, May 5, 2008.
5. Adjournment
